Welcome

I have been modelling 1/76th for many years and hope you find my kits and wargaming interesting and an enjoyable surf!
Bear with me as i get my camera abilities better.

My kits are a mixture of plastic injection, resin and white metal. plenty of local Australian resin kits but also venerable Airfix and Matchbox models too....

Mainly European WW2 which first started out with US forces, then onto UK and then a smattering of Russian- but i realised i had to have someone to compete against..... so along came the Axis kits..

Click on the pictures, they expand and provide better detail.

Hope you enjoy and thanks for all the positive comments

Rhine Crossing 4

Heavy Arty on the way to the MLR.

Part of a howitzer battery on the way to support the attack...
(Battery is a loose term and i only have 3 of these LOL)- never the less the long range of the 155mm gave wonderful support when crossing the river crossing

Comprising-

  • US 155mm on M4 hull, Esci.
  • Loaded on trailer and pulled by Diamond T- Matchbox.
  • GMC 6x4 truck with supplies, Academy.
  • GMC 6x4 truck with gunners, Airfix.(very weak axles etc so its attached to a base, not usually done by me)
  • Bedford 6x4 Radio, Airfix aircrash rescue with scatch built rear.
