I have been modelling 1/76th for many years and hope you find my kits and wargaming interesting and an enjoyable surf!
Bear with me as i get my camera abilities better.

My kits are a mixture of plastic injection, resin and white metal. plenty of local Australian resin kits but also venerable Airfix and Matchbox models too....

Mainly European WW2 which first started out with US forces, then onto UK and then a smattering of Russian- but i realised i had to have someone to compete against..... so along came the Axis kits..

Click on the pictures, they expand and provide better detail.

Hope you enjoy and thanks for all the positive comments

M4 Dozer

Airfix Sherman, new mantle and adds, Milicast dozer attachment

  1. I really like the Airfix Sherman. I've only built three of them, but they're solid beginner's projects and the flaws just scream for modifications to a more experienced modeler. How did you do the larger gun mantlet?

  2. I concurr with your beginners comments- they are quick and easy to build. some of the detail is too simplified - such as the running gear but they are nice when kitted up with other bits and suit the wargamer!

Mantlet and gun come staight off the Esci version- its too squat for my linking so i cannabalize them for bits!!

The other nice thing about the Airfix Sherman is its damn cheap to buy in Australia. its a 10 dollarish model and half the price of others!!
more Shermans to come- stay tuned!~

thanks for the comments and questions
